The Ileri Oluwa Youth Ambassador, under the leadership of Hon. Omowonuola Aderinto, has issued a statement dissociating itself from any purported endorsement of Alhaji Bola Oyebamiji or any other aspirant for the Governorship ticket of APC.
He reiterated that party supremacy remains paramount, and it is the responsibility of the party leadership and elders to determine, according to the constitution of the APC, the steps and processes toward producing a candidate.
At the Association Stakeholders’ meeting held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, the following key points were reached:
– The Ileri Oluwa Youth Ambassador clarifies that it has not endorsed any candidate and will await official directions from the party leadership before doing so.
– The group also emphasizes the importance of party supremacy and the role of the APC leadership in determining the candidate selection process.
– That the members of Ileri Oluwa Youth Ambassador are committed to maintaining neutrality and loyalty to the APC, and encourage their supporters to remain steadfast, disciplined, and prayerful, expressing hope for the APC’s continued strength and unity.
